Connect QuickBooks to BankFeedSearch
You connect a QuickBooks Online company from inside BankFeedSearch, in Google Chrome. It takes about a minute, and you approve it on Intuit's own sign-in page.
To connect a company
Install BankFeedSearch
Add BankFeedSearch to Chrome from the Chrome Web Store, then click its icon in Chrome's toolbar to sign in or create an account.
Search in Bank Feeds
Open the company in QuickBooks Online, select a memo in Bank Feeds, and click Search QBO. If the company isn't connected yet, BankFeedSearch opens Intuit's sign-in for you.
Approve on Intuit's page
Sign in with Intuit, choose the company, and approve. Your search then runs, and the company stays connected for everyone on your BankFeedSearch account.
You can also connect from the extension: click the BankFeedSearch icon, then QuickBooks companies → Connect QuickBooks.
Reconnecting
Intuit sometimes asks you to approve an app again, for example after a long time without use or a change to your Intuit account. Nothing is lost: just search in Bank Feeds as usual, and if the connection has lapsed, BankFeedSearch asks you to approve it again in the same way.
Disconnecting
The account owner can disconnect a company at any time: click the BankFeedSearch icon, then QuickBooks companies, then Disconnect. You can also remove BankFeedSearch from your connected apps in QuickBooks Online. Either way, BankFeedSearch's access ends immediately.
